Note from Tish (1:15 p.m.)
Just heard from Forum. Pops fell down trying to get to the bathroom. He did not really hurt himself except he has a skin tear on his arm. No broken bones. They reminded him to use the "help call" buzzer to ask for assistance but know that he will probably not remember to do that. I asked that someone check on him every hour to make sure he does not need to use restroom and to just do a check. Was told that hospice had just left less than 1/2 hour before Papa's fall, so they did not think they would need to check on Pops so soon after the hospice visit.

Thanks for the update Tish...I hate that he is alone in that room...I think we all hate all of this process???
Tish is going over to see Papa and Mama this afternoon. I think Margaret is there now. I am planning on taking Lita on Thursday to spend quite a bit of the day with both Mama and Papa. I am also anxiously waiting to hear any news from John and Amber.
I'll pass on anything I hear...please do the same.

terribly sad. I'm glad Margaret and Tish will be able to be with him today. Good luck with your visits on Thursday.
